First Course:
Arugula with Burrata
served with 2016 Toccata Sparkling Rosato

Second Course:
Prosciutto e Melone
served with 2017 Toccata Pinot Grigio

Third Course:
Rollino Toscana
served with 2013 Toccata Sangiovese

Fourth Course:
Pappardelle with Mushroom, Sausage, with Truffle Oil
served with 2013 Toccata Classico

Fifth Course:
“Stinco di Maiale” Pork Shank braised with Nebbiolo
served with 2012 Toccata Nebbiolo

Sixth Course:
Toscana Tiramisu
served with 2016 Toccata Moscato di Arancia
